When will I receive my order?

When you place your order you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your order has been received and being processed. Once the order has been fulfilled, you will be sent an email with a tracking order and information about your delivery.

We print our items as our customers order them so please allow 2-7 business days for fulfillment and 2-7 business days for shipping in the UK and the EU.

And yes we do ship internationally! Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

Unfortunately due to Covid-19 postal restrictions, although these are our best shipping estimates, we cannot say how long shipping will be - Sorry.

 

What is the return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its   original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

What do I do if I never received my order?

Within 2-7 working days after successfully placing your order, you should receive a tracking number. If you have not received your tracking number, contact us and we will look into this for you immediately.

If you haven’t received your order and you have a tracking number, we urge you to contact your local sorting office in the first instance as they will have more accurate information regarding the status of the delivery. If they are not able to help, please contact us to resolve any issues.

 

What do I do if I received a defective order?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact our customer services immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
