With Print On Demand production, everything is made to order, creating less waste than conventional manufacturing and better for our planet.

Products are only printed or embroidered when a customer places an order, creating items that already have a known buyer. This practice helps avoid overproduction.

Excess waste from Print On Demand mainly comes from the items that are damaged during printing, and our supplier’s rate for damaged items is within the industry standard.

Most of the fabrics for our merch are manufactured by Bella + Canvas and Gildan who both have a care for the environment woven in to their brand identity.

Bella + Canvas uses solar energy, limits water use, and recycles waste by-products to make sure their products can sport the eco-friendly tag and over the years Gildan have invested in innovative technologies and solutions to help optimise their use of natural resources, minimise waste, and maximise reuse and recycling.

In the future we plan to use more sustainable materials throughout our product lines.
